Go to the product page and find the lense/frame you like and click on the product.
On the right hand side you will find “Choose file” option. Select the prescription file OR photo from your device. Then fill out the other details like full name, etc below.
Submit the form
After submitting the form add the product to your cart and then go to cart menu and checkout.
IN checkout use the same name and contact number you used in the form earlier.
